What are "atoms"?

I looked at the source and read the --help, but im not entirely sure what they are.

-css should be --css

Right now:

atomify --js assets/js/entry.js --css assets/css/entry.css --output foo

Just gives me: error: unknown option --css

Trying -css like the docs say gives: error: unknown option -s

specifying a path doesn't work?

Not really sure. Maybe im doing it wrong?

If I go to the directory I have my entry.js file it seems to work fine. However, if I do

$ develop piggybank $ atomify --js assets/js/entry.js

I get
