Finish schema manager

The schema manager is not complete. Still TODO:

  • Validate arrays
  • Flesh out built-in schemas
  • @int, @float, @string prim validation
  • There are surely lots of bugs and corner cases. Find and squish as many as possible.

Make sure waf build system works in Windows

With 88d84fe there is now build system support for Windows in waf, but it is as-yet completely untested. The Windows version can be built using a VS 2013 Desktop project right now, but it would be nice to have build system parity with waf as well.
