Build an package.js script for packaging, cause $npm vars do not work in Windows CMD.

I just want to thank you for this amazing project - excellent code, very organized and well documented.

I lost a couple hours yesterday trying to use Electron, Marko and Lasso, but I was having lots of issues and there's almost no one using that. I'm already thinking for my web projects to make the switch from Lasso to Webpack and to use Gulp as well, as your demonstration was great to understand how all of it works.
