When I try to log out of the app and try to log in with a different user. The Screen becomes blank. I need to close the entire app and open it to view the new logged user details.

In the app, there is a section displaying the agent list with status. In all the app it is default showing the below agents list.

Once the agent logged into the app, by default the status is showing black. We need to update the status manually as online.

In the existing app, the status will be online by default once we login into the app.

Also updating the status in the app, not reflecting in the admin portal

When the incoming call or outgoing call are missed, it is not getting displayed in the history section of the app.

While providing the input for the call, I can able to provide the input. But the given input is not shown in the display.

In the previous version, the input provided by us will be displayed.

When the outbound call is completed and we try to call the new number, the number in the dialpad shows the existingly dialed number.

Each time we need to remove the existing number and need to type the new number to make the call.

While adding notes or contact during the call, when we click the add button the additional popup for contact or notes appears. But if the call gets disconnected while saving the notes or contact, the popup gets closed.

The dialed Number is not displaying on the calling screen. While making Outgoing and receiving Incoming

Unable to transfer the incoming calls to another agent in the new app.

The Agent name displayed in the app always shows Prasath Sekar.

If we add a note to any number during the call, it will ask for name and notes. Once we add it, it is getting saved.

But in the admin portal, the name is saved to a different number(918946076994).

If we add the new notes to the new number it is getting updated to the same number (918946076994).

It is happening to all the numbers.

While scrolling the incoming and outgoing call logs, the call logs are visible on the bottom menu.
