Deprecation

This crate will be divided into two components:

• assertion -> rust-ndarray/ndarray-linalg#31
• random -> https://github.com/termoshtt/rust-rand-extra

impl AssertAllClose for RcArray and ArrayView

I'd like to use AssertAllClose for RcArray.

Problem

Current definition of trait:

    type Tol;
    /// test two arrays are close in L2-norm with relative tolerance
    fn assert_allclose_l2(&self, truth: &Self, rtol: Self::Tol);
    /// test two arrays are close in inf-norm with absolute tolerance
    fn assert_allclose_inf(&self, truth: &Self, atol: Self::Tol);
}

assumes self and truth have same type (Self). This is not true if we compare RcArray and Array.
