It would be cool to be able to append the JSON url

Right now to load an existing URL, you go to
http://terria.io/DataSourceEditor/
paste your URL in at the bottom of the form and click the load button.

It would also be cool if you could append the URL like you can in TerriaJS, so for example, this would work:

http://terria.io/DataSourceEditor/#https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rsignell-usgs/ehzrap/master/testing/coawst.json

Would that be straightforward to add?

Problems introduced while round-tripping nm.json

In item type csv:
tableStyle.offset was removed. The value in the original was 0 so maybe it was deemed unnecessary? It might actually be unnecessary, I'm not sure.

In item type wms-getCapabilities:
legendUrl was removed. The value in the origin was an empty string, but that means "there is no legend". Undefined means "use the default WMS legend URL".

Landgate wms-getCapabilities items had their type changed to group.
