OOM when allocating tensor with shape[30720,20000]

graphic card: titan xp
RAM: 128G
I want to know how you train the model. I have adjust batch_size to 16 but the problem still happens.

here is my report

Hint: If you want to see a list of allocated tensors when OOM happens, add report_tensor_allocations_upon_oom to RunOptions for current allocation info.
