店舗名や住所に<>を含むとHTMLタグとみなされて除去されてしまう

例: 高知県の"国民宿舎桂浜荘　レストラン<きてみいや>"　さん (2020/12/17 22:00時点)

現状ではItem PiplineでShopItem保存時に自動的に店舗名中に含まれるHTMLタグを除去しており、それの副作用。
他の自治体などでは<br>などが含まれる場合がそれなりにあるため、共通的に処理するようにしたが、うーんという感じ…

とりあえず暫定的に該当店舗だけ手動で<>タグを取り除くようにした。(特に店名として<>にこだわりがあるわけではなさそうなので)
