This is an example of an issue posted by a community member that only pertains to his/her city. Residents of the community are allowed to upvote or downvote the idea (hence the Respone Recorded message).

Users can see the history of the issue by clicking the View History button.

Elected Officials are given a special portal to see what residents of their jurisdiction are thinking. As the screenshot shows, they will see what items residents approve, and what items they don't approve. In addition, elected officials will see if residents approve or disapprove of recent decisions or votes that they have made.
