For example, the noise and swing thresholds should be pretty small, non-negative, the min threshold should be smaller than the initial, etc.

This webapp should consume POSTs from the bot, which would need another IReporter to do that.

It then shows some live status and a graph and maybe email or text notifications.

I think I want to keep configuration and all other bot interactions locked away - this companion should be read-only data, just to make security a bit easier.

Example - trader sells at 1000 after a bull run ends. The price then drops to 990, which is outside the noise band. However, as the price rises, it re-enters the noise band before passing the swing threshold.

Currently, we just go back to treating this as noise, under the assumption it could swing either way after that. We wouldn't trigger a buy until it goes all the way through the noise band and out the top side.

Should we consider ourselves un-noisy once the price leaves the noise band, even if the swing threshold is in the noise band?
