Atom installer needs one more step

At least it did for me. Once you install atom, you need to open it. With the Atom editor open, in the menu bar:
Click Atom >> Install Shell Command

Add Yarn

This should be an extension of the Node.js section.

We should point folks at the installation script found here. If you use Homebrew to do it, it'll try to install Node.js and gum up nvm.

It wanted me to init before i could do boot2docker up. Then once I did init and up, it gave me the keys to put in my .bash_profile
