I created this form with regular html for the most part.

It should be switched to use html helpers instead, if possible.

The form is almost complete, but needs to be styled to look nice.

If the email is sent successfully then we should get a success page (or popup).
if the email had an error then we should get an error page (or popup).

Sqllite seems to work weird in release, so it needs to be changed.

The options are:

• sql server (maybe can do a docker instance for it)
• use configuration file...have to look into editing the config file.

Once the form is complete we will want an email to send.
Need to build helper method(s) to handle this.

This will probably need to read from a config file for things like username/password, port, server, etc.

Also need to look into security for storing that password, is it okay to keep it in a config file, is there a better way to do this?
