irek's Introduction

Building
========

To get irek to build in Visual Studio, you have to add libirek as a dependency (Project->Project Dependencies->check libirek) But then it should build normally.

Running
=======

To run irek, libirek needs to be placed in the same folder as the executable. To make this easy, you can add a post-build event in Visual Studio.

 - Open libirek properties
 - Go to build events
 - In the post-build commands, put (without quotes) "copy C:\path\to\irek\folder\libirek\bin\Debug\libirek.dll C:\path\to\irek\folder\irek\bin\Debug\"
 - Save
 - Build

Session Handling

Implement session handling on the server side as well as a session management/interaction class in libirek

3rd request timeout

The first requests work fine, but starting with the third, and every other request after that, the browser never connects.

Logging not actually logging

Log files do not actually get written to.

No 404

When a page doesn't exist the client just waits forever. no return due to an exception handled with a blank catch.

SQLServer ORM

A simple SQLServer ORM is in the works.

404 returns broken page

When a page does not exist, no 404 page is rendered, just a broken link.

Password Post data

POSTing more than one character in an html password input causes no post data to be sent to the server.
