It would be nice to separate the effects from the general message handling so as to keep things a bit more clean. This would help with porting any general fixes between DXRando Crowd Control and this
Around 1:37:31 into Argick's VOD, you can see a bunch of generically named bots on the blue team. I think these entered after a bunch of crowd-spawned bots were added.
I think hypothetically it should, but it could kill a freshly spawned bot and effectively waste their coins. Maybe the Thanos Snap effect should ignore them?
Based on Argick's stream, it seems like you sometimes don't die properly and get left at 0 HP, able to move around but not fire weapons. Don't have a good idea as to why this is happening at time of raising this issue.
When the "Drop current weapon" effect is used, it seems sometimes the weapon is left floating in the air (and can't be picked up). I assume it maybe just isn't being destroyed?
Watching a stream last night, it didn't seem to. May need to be periodically re-applied.
Based on Argick's stream, it seems like sometimes a weapon is being forced (presumably because of a "Force everybody to use " effect, but need to verify) but the player doesn't have it. Need to make sure it at least periodically checks and re-adds the weapon, in case someone dies and loses it, or it gets dropped by another effect, etc
Might be more interesting to swap the positions of all the players instead of just two randomly selected ones
Mutators can have a Mutate function that can be called from the console.
function definition from BeyondUnreal:
Mutate (string MutateString, PlayerPawn Sender)
With this function mutators are able to handle console commands. (e.g. "mutate tossrelic", MutateString then is "tossrelic")
Could have the mutator check if the player is an admin (The person running CC should probably be the admin), then read the string if they are.
Could have a variety of commands, such as to:
-Enable/Disable Crowd Control
-Change Crowd Control IP
-???
Argick got swapped with someone and got stuck in the floor (on a sloped floor).
Not sure if this is an issue related to the fact that he was the Nali Warcow (Probably not - I think it has the same hitbox as a normal character), or just some funkiness with positioning on slopes.
Probably not a huge issue, it just results in a free kill for someone
