Create a contributing.md file

A unwanted file

The home.html file is a copy of the index.html file
On every page, the navigator bar home buttons are set to the home.html, and it's better if its set to index.html

Adding 6 unique dishes

I would like to add 6 more unique dishes in the website.
(Participating in the TRC - Winter of Code)
I have checked all the webpages in the recipe section and chosen 6 unique dishes to add. Will be strictly following the procedure described in the document in order to make a contribution smoothly.
6 Dishes that I will be adding are:

1. Kadi Chawal
2. Chow mein
3. Gajar Ka Halwa
4. Tomato Soup
5. Sushi
6. Kheer

Navigation Bar

when I go to the about page, or Contact page there is a different navbar, I can add the same navbar throughout the page

Will Add A Better Footer

The current footer is looking bad and there is the only text in the footer.

I will make a better footer including buttons same as the navigator bar and the text

Fix Image Quality Issue across the Website

Convert every image - up until, Page 13 to

• A transparent png version of the image.
• A folder name consisting of the page number, along with the new png format transparent images for the dishes.
• Convert the image size to under 500kb, with no hit to image resolution.
