If a robot is waiting and then it gets disabled, the time that it is disabled counts towards the wait. It should not be like that.

The change at first glimpse doesn't seem trivial

-Running bank index
-Running bank name and team colour
-Serial number
-Robot team colour
-Current position
-Highlight selected robot

Also, the start button is still pressed

What happens if not? 1) not load the bank or 2) throw exception, which will kill the robot
