Settings->Category types->Edit/Delete Category Types tab-> The message displayed may it be error message or success message should be displayed in Red font and must be aligned properly.
Category type is mentioned as Category in the same tab

The table size is not according to rectangle size in all the tabs, wherever it is present. PFA, for further information.

On clicking TAB the columns shift from left to ri8, but when the row ends it doesnt come down to the second row

Purchase->Enter Invoice no.->Enter date->Click on quantity tab of one item and without entering any amount click on quantity field of another item then the cursor blinks on two-three tabs simultaneously
This creates difficulty for the user to recognize which item quantity is getting updated

Same Item name can be added twice.

History->Select Stock type->Select Search By Date->Enter date not in format and click on search button
No error message thrown on doing so as Date format should be of the type dd/mm/yyyy

When we click on editable table and then click on any textfield inside incoming or outgoing stock, the textfield doesnt accept inputs

Settings->Add Category types tab->Select a Category->leave type field empty->Click on add button

Blank type thus gets added to Item Category. We can view this blank type in the edit /delete category types screen by selecting a category and hence type from drop-down

History->Select Stock type(any)->Search By (date)->Now enter start date greater than end date and click on Search
A blank table gets generated even if transaction record exists within the date range
Instead an Error message "Start date cannot be greater than End date" should be displayed

In stock details pane, when the quantity of an item is below a certain level, the font must be changed to red, which is currently not happening.

After selecting am item in combobox if we try to delete it by pressing delete button then SQL_CONSTRAINT FOREIGNKEY exception is thrown sometime.plz chk it

History->Select Stock Type->Search by (Invoice)
Now without entering invoice ID click on Search Button
Error thrown as mandatory fields cannot be left blank but mandatory fields are not marked with a Asterik

Error message doesnt gets removed when the user wants to perform the same operation again.

Example when the user want to add an item to same category again, without changing the category in the category list, the message "item added successfully" doesnt gets removed, which can confuse the user.

Settings->Do not select any Item or category of item to be added->Click on Add button

Error message displayed as "Can't be empty" .It should mention the fields that should be filled in which are mandatory

NOTE: If we enter only the Name Of Item and Click on Add button without Selecting a Category, Error message displayed as "Please select atleast one value". It should be displayed as Please Select a Category . Else we can mark both the fields as mandatory via a asterik symbol * and display message as "Mandatory field cannot be left empty"

Purchase module->enter invoice ID ->Select Date->Now enter Letters in place of values in Quantity field and click on Update Stock

User gets a Success message on doing so but the record appears neither in View Stock nor in History

NOTE: The same also happens in Sales Module

When there is no item in DB, the "vies Stock " table is alright, but the purchase and sales table are disfigured !

In the table available in View Stock, option should be provided to view the header completely on double click on the walls of row or column

1.Open Items tab under Settings module
2.Move to Delete Items tab
3.Select a Category and an Item and delete the item selected
4.The Item field becomes blank sometimes and sometimes gets autofilled by the successive item thus available
5.Now when we click on Edit we are able to Edit but changes do not get saved . Moreover after deleting the Item, if we keep on changing the Category and keep on pressing the delete button, the message that appeared on deleting the first item persists until we refresh the screen by swapping

Sales->Enter Sales Qty. more than Stock in Inventory->System updates the stock in inventory to negative value-> Instead a message should appear as "Insufficient Stock"

The sub columns for quantity can be interchanged

1. Settings->Category Types->Do not select Category or Type->Click on Add button
   Error message displayed as "Already Exists"
2. Moreover, if we enter only a type, and do not select Category, the same message appears
   

The rectangles in settings gets displayed when the application is opened in new resolution

Purchase->Select all fields mandatory->Enter the date from Calendar and format is dd/mm/yyyy ->Now if we leave the Date field empty and Click on Update stock, Error message displayed asks us to enter the date in format dd-mm-yyyy which is wrong

The buttons and drop downs doesn't match the overall theme of the application

Settings->Delete Items tab->Select Item->Click on Delete
The item does not get deleted

User is unable to delete history of transaction on both the Stock types: Sales & Purchase

Settings->Select Category->Name of Item-> Click on add button-> Click on the drop-down of Select Item in Delete tab
User is unable to view that item created immediately. User views that item after swapping screen

1.Open Items under Settings tab
2.Now Select Regular Whisky as Category and Edit an Item under the same
3.Simultaneously, Select suppose Premium Whisky as Category and add item to that Category
4.The Item gets reflected in the Category selected in the Delete Items until refreshed
Originally gets added to the actual Category selected in Add Items tab

Settings->Delete Item tab->Select an item to be edited ->Click on edit button->System asks user to enter new item name->Now without entering new item name, Press Edit button.
The record gets updated successfully with success message.
Moreover now, select that empty item from the Item list -> give a name to that item-> click on Edit button again->Error message displayed as "some error occured"
Now if we swap screen and come back to the same screen, that edited item appears in the Item List

Now if we click on Select item from drop-down, this particular record appears as as blank space in the drop-down

History->Select stock type->select Search By date/Invoice and click on search->User can view the table but with no records. Only if we enter valid date on which Sales/Purchase has taken place, we can view the record.
It should be like either we should be able to view all the purchase / sales belonging to all Invoices/Range of dates or an error message should be displayed as to mandatory field cannot be left blank

History->Select any stock type purchase/sales->Search by Invoice -> While doing so , it would be very suitable if we provide a Look up to that field from which user can have the list of Invoice ID which has been generated through purchase.

1.Open Category Types under Settings module
2.Fields are not marked as mandatory
Note:
1.Error messages are validated properly but fields mandatory are not marked by an asterik
2.User is able to Edit Blank field on certain case as below:
User selects a category->Adds a type->Move to Edit/Delete Category tab-> Select the category under which Type was added in Add Category Types tab->Select the type created earlier->Delete the Type->Now in the same flow Edit Type which is blank under the same category from which type was deleted.
User is able to edit the same but changes do not get saved when we refresh the page
3. The edit button being functional is only limited to a point if page is not refreshed after deletion of a Type under a category

Sales->Enter date in wrong format and click on Update Stock->Instead of error message Please enter date in format dd-mm-yyyy, a value "2" is displayed

When more than one category type is added the table size increases and it cannot be contained within the rectangular box

When the resolution is set to 1024 x 768, the table size is disfigured.

Same happens to settings

A check should be added for adding types to a category in which items are already present

Purchase->The error message displayed "Can't be empty" is not proper. The error message should contain which field is mandatory and needs to be filled in.

Intent page is required, so that the customer can order his items directly.
