Hi TheKikGen,

I've spent some evenings making the BorgTribe out of my ES1. Soldered everything, flashed the Arduino with the firmware, did everything as accurate as possible, but it doesn't work. The TX LED on Arduino is on, but RX is off. The ES1 doesn't receive any MIDI information anymore, doesn't receive clock when I pair it with my other Electribe EM1. The problem seems to be in the ES1 MIDI IN, but I'm not sure. Checked all the connections several times. but I'm stuck and left with non working ES1. Could you please help me to finish the project? Hi, seems to be a great mod to make.

I see that you are using pc on your video, however I wonder - will the Borgtribe mod work if I will send MIDI messages from Electribe ESX-1 Midi Out (acting as a regular MIDI keyboard) to modded Borgtribe ES-1 that will track the pitch and record it?
So there is no PC used in the middle of this chain.
Is it possible? Thanks in advance
