Make front-end menu bar widget

Show list of registered devices on dropdown. On click show text box. Send on enter. Cirkit doesn't need a full front-end. React doesn't work and angular is unnecessary. Just write 3 different frontends for w/m/l

Devices should be added to list

When a device sends a register request, it should be added to a list shown in the UI so users can push from the server.

Server doesn't close on ctrl+c

Thought I fixed it with last commit, but the EADDRINUSE error keeps being thrown in cmd. Also there's several electron processes running (4+!!!) so they're obviously not closing.

No way to get pushes from clients

Pushes should be accessible by server somehow. Preferably through the clipboard like on the client.

Make fab submit text in textbox to selected device

The server should be able to push to nodes on the cirkit from GUI. Get list of devices from sqlite db, populate dropdown, and push to that ip on cirkit port.

Show notification when push received

When push is received show a notification. Use node-notifier.
