Same problem here, no matter which computer or browser I set it processing on or for how long it is left it will always fail, for me it's usually around the 80MB mark. Monitoring the process activity using Activity Monitor shows very little CPU usage after it appears to have 'stopped'.

Same for me too.
First time I ran it I let it go overnight and it got to
Adding point #706,704 (159.1 MB / 208 MB
Second time I got the below:
Adding point #376,133 (96 MB / 208 MB)
before it gave me the below error:
Seems odd that it would stop at different points...
