In "en" locale we see currency only for dollars and no other currencies.

Example:

cldr.FmtCurrency("en", "USD", 33.33)

$33.33
Ok

cldr.FmtCurrency("en", "EUR", 33.33)

33.33
Wrong. Should be €33.33

cldr.FmtCurrency("en", "RUB", 33.33)

33.33
Wrong. Should be ₽33.33

Under what license is this software published?
Currently, there is no license stated and so it is proprietary and we can't use it (indirectly via https://github.com/qor/admin ). :(

The plural rule for all english locales except en is set to 1, e.g.: https://github.com/theplant/cldr/blob/master/resources/locales/en_AU/plural.go#L3

It should be 2A. Other locales should be reviewed too, or removed if we can't verify that they are correct.

CLDR includes list formatting rules (example).

How hard would it be to add such functionality to this library?

In many languages (including French and Spanish), the names of the months and the days of the week are not capitalized as they are in English.

However, the locale data in this package has them all capitalized, even though they are lowercase in CLDR.
So e.g. January 1, 2017 should be "1 janvier 2017" in French, but is incorrectly formatted as "1 Janvier 2017".
