A common facility for managing ID's for Region, Map, and Players.

For outputting to stdout and log file.

An interface that encapsulates low level resource facilities such as IdStack, Player, Map, etc.

• Translates outside requests to internal components
• Should never expose internal resources to outside callers
• Should handle resource related errors internally and return error codes to callers

Test framework for running unit tests

Initialization code for player.

• Handles creation and deletion of Player
• Populate Player with minimal information
• Assign each new Player with an unique ID (preferably from the common ID management facility)
