Before the event, make sure through http://beta.speedtest.net or other similar systems that the wifi is:

1. stable
2. fast enough (let's say, download 100 MB in a couple of minutes at most)
3. scalable to the number of attendees

@icanzilb has to do a better job in cleaning the streets...

Some workshops required continuous verbal communication between the mentor and their group.

These workshops should take place in private and quiet rooms.

As proposed by @orta, it would be great to have a shared photo stream started at the beginning of the conference.
What we could do, is also display the latest images on a display. This idea could also be applied at App Builders 2017.
