sbin path initialiser broken

include owner information

Hi guys, can we add in the owner information column into the audit files for the expired creds/certs. So if there is an owner (regardless of enabled or disabled) it would make it easier to identify who the team should contact to update / remove the expired / excessive expiry on the app.
