Build Test Cases for 'lib/binding.js'

The N-API Module for interfacing to the cpp code needs unit tests. Good tests would include:

• starting a stream
• aborting a stream
• ensuring every stream packet is recieved

Determine a better Graphing Solution

The current real-time graph has a large amount of delay. It likely isn't the GraphJS line plot, but rather how the data is being pushed to the graph's data parameter. A better solution without as much delay would be far preferable

Compile Binaries for Multiple Platforms

The C++ code can and should be compiled for x86-64 and ARM for use on windows machines and a raspberry pi. A streamlined approach (makefile, script, etc) would be a nice bonus

Add Standard Exception Codes to 'effectsBinding.hh'

effectsBinding.hh should have an enum for standard exception codes

Create Initial ElectronJS UI

A competent baseline UI should include buttons and sliders for all current effects, and be structured so that it can accommodate new additions and modifications easily

Investigate Realtime Graphing in Javascript UI

Multiple modules exist to graph in JS:

• plotlyjs
• graphjs
• sciplotjs

This should be able to plot input, left, and right channels in real time.
