New users can sign up and create an account, while existing users can log in securely using their credentials.

Secure Password Storage:

User passwords are securely hashed using bcrypt before being stored in the database, ensuring protection against unauthorized access.

CRUD Operations:

Users can create, read, update, and delete tasks on their to-do list.

Task Management:

Users can manage their tasks efficiently by editing them, tracking progress, and deleting completed tasks.

Data Persistence:

All task data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database, ensuring reliability and scalability.

dotenv for environment variable management, uuid for generating unique identifiers.
