Build & install from sources

To compile and install this project, you must ensure that make, cmake, gcc or clang or MSVC are being correctly installed.

#> mkdir cmake-build-release
#> cd cmake-build-release
#> cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ..
#> make
#> make install
