Features

Use the hipsum command (press F1 to open Command Palette) to hit the hipster ipsum API (at http://hipsterjesus.com/) and insert the text into the editor.

Known Issues

• Using the command with text highlighted will not properly replace that text.

vscode-hipsum's Issues

hipsterjesus.com has disappeared

At some point hipsterjesus.com went away so the extension no longer works. I haven't used the extension for a couple years so no idea when it went away.

One potential alternative is https://hipsum.co/. There are others but I haven't found one that was as good as hipsterjesus.
