There's like 3 version of bootstrap-like framework in there: react-bulma, reactstrap and plain old bootstrap. There also may be some traces of react-bootstrap left.

Clear all that out

Currently it looks like this:

When accessing the website https://www.thirdwavelist.com it does not load any results because of a 403 from the cafes api call

Instead of the one big Third Wave List title, shrink it and adopt a navigation bar that would have the Third Wave List title on the top left and the "Submit cafe" page on the top right
