ASP.NET identity store with RavenDB.

See the included sample application how to use AspNet.Identity.RavenDB.

There's already an existing project providing the same functionality at https://github.com/tugberkugurlu/AspNet.Identity.RavenDB by Tugberk Ugurlu. He also provides the NuGet package AspNet.Identity.RavenDB.
