Error: No node found for selector: *[name=email]

Hi,

When I run airtable-graphql pull --email=[your_email] --password=[your_password] --base=[base_id]

I get the this error:

application not found

I followed the setup guide but got this error when trying to pull the schema

Hi @thomascullen --

I recognize you're probably way past this project, and totally understand (and support!) the need to move on :) Having said that, given the persistent forking and starring after 2 years of inactivity, you might agree that there's some potential here. Wondering if we could kinda try to revive things here a bit.

Would you be opposed to adding someone else as a maintainer?

I'd be interested to help get this repo in order (tests, re-engaging with past PRs, etc.). And I'm sure some others from the fork network would also be interested. Even just adding 1-2 other maintainers asap would be wild. With low stakes stuff like this, I'd say the quicker and more lightweight the process for you to make this happen, the better. You could keep the npm repo, but if things are going well, maybe you could consider adding someone else.
