Threema should provide more explicit error message for large messages about threema-web

One thing to add:
When the message is too large and I get this error all the text is lost. That could be very annoying!

Better solution:
Show a more explicit error message and the text should keep in the message field!

I can reproduce this error with the given text.
Also note that the title is not translated.

The message (4832 chars) is clearly too long. The limit for Gateway users (which is AFAIK different to personal Threema IDs) is around 3500 characters…
