This is the hard part. We've got two goals here:

• Should produce more modular code than Apollo to avoid the impact of single massive types files on compilation time.
• Should use Codable wherever possible to reduce boilerplate.

Alamofire is common, but we shouldn't rule out a design that could work with NSURLSession's Combine support in the future.
