Hum yeah, gets stuck and then when you scroll comes back in place. I have an idea of something I could try, will keep you posted

What follows is a bit of a "note to self", but @brandonarbiter you might want to check on Devel again see if you can reproduce this consistently.

I came back to this and had trouble reproducing it. Then saw it, and seems to occur only when the content's height is "small enough", i.e. there is only one message of a small length. (see pics)

I also have not been able to reproduce this in a "sandboxed" environment (i.e. just a separate mini-codebase focusing on the CSS).

I might try one last thing, but if we can't confirm that we can reproduce it every single time (on Devel), I'll need to close this and move on...

Hum, that's actually a different issue it seems :)

When the user clicks into the text box that's only partially visible, the display should automatically adjust to make the text box fully visible. Currently, the text box remains partially hidden.

Anyway, I'm working on the header thing for Clamshell, may have found something.
