Figure out how to replace user id with the names of those users.

• Align email and password field left on login screen (tidepool-org/hub#77)
• Fix "Log in" button to trigger when hitting "Enter" or "Go" on iOS (tidepool-org/hub#78)

All comments are expected to be real time. There is no way to add a comment at day's end (for example) and change the timestamp to reflect when the event actually happened. When we developed Nutshell, this emerged as the biggest problem early on. I anticipate we'll discover the same UX here.

When I'm attempting to post a comment about a note, as I click into the text box to type the comment, the original note flies upward and out of the screen.

After clicking on an existing note, I see this at the top in current clamshell:

My name isn't undefined ;)

Reproduce:

1. Create a note on an iPhone
2. Navigate to provide a comment on that note, still on an iPhone
3. Type in comment
4. Click "Post" WITHOUT clearing the iPhone keyboard by clicking "Done"

• missing email / password / wrong email / password doesn't need the red box behind it - just red text is enough
• inner drop shadow on text entry box's is too big (sign in, new note)
• Try moving Tidepool Logo to bottom center, it looks funny where it is now...
• little grey line above the new note text box (tidepool-org/hub#79)
• needs more padding on notes and comment button, padding on Name and Date is too much.
• name gets cut off at the bottom (tidepool-org/hub#75)
• white box behind each note has a circle shape around the profile.

Could you make me a PNG version that's 120x120 please? Without the rounded corners, iOS takes care of that itself. Thanks! :)

Also, what do you want in the login page and in the nav bar? This one too, but in a circle? (If yes no need for a circle version, I use CSS to change the square image into a circle).
