This is really unfortunate, as the index calls are what we really wanted the progress bar for.

Is there a reason the bar does not seem to appear for index calls? It seems to work perfectly for show calls.

Is it possible to get the loading indicator to show for asynchronous Ember Data actions, such as saving a model?

I suppose one way would be to hook into fetch somehow so the loading bar is shown for all network requests. (Ember 3.15)

Hello - I'd like to bring my own css. It would be nice if this addon support some app-level configurations.
