Could you please share the code/changes required to add Polyglot into any SF 10 release?

I understand you took it from BrainFish but from what src file(s) is the code taken from and from what line numbers? Then, at what line numbers does this code go in SF10?

I just tried it using Fritz 15 and although the engine log says the book is loaded, no book move is ever made. The engine is thinking from move 1.

When I try the same thing using RaubFisch it works fine.

Comparing engine logs the one difference I see is that with RaubFisch it shows the command 'setoption name Book1File value e:\book1.bin and with the Stockfish-10-with-Polyglot engine it doesn't. Both books show Book Loaded: e:\book1.bin.

I am interesting to know how to compile Stockfish and produce binary executable. for Mac OS X.
