asdf-bats's Issues

removal of the 'v' in the "list all" commands breaks previous installs

• now the version HAS to be specified without the leading v
• so folks with a v in the version defined in the .tool-versions file have to change the file content

CI does not test anything and tests don't pass locally

• the step install bats and run test is not formatted properly (should use a multi-line string)
• the tests are failing because of the last change (remove the v in the version returned)
• usage of readlink in the tests fails on macos

list versions doesn't show all versions

❯ asdf list all bats
v0.1.0

install fails on Suse

There are couple of issuess i encountered on Suse 15.1:

• the install fails if version starts without v
• output is bit too noisy
• asdf shows no documentation
• asdf latest is empty

asdf latest bats returns nothing

steps to replicate:

asdf add bats
asdf latest bats

asdf list all bats

and research if we have to remove prefix v from versions

install fails

❯ asdf install bats v1.2.1
Fail: /tmp/bats does not exists
