Is there a way to run this local, outside of the pipeline?

Description

Is there a way to run this local, outside of the pipeline?

I have my own way to deploying the pipeline, not like your way.

Is there a way to re-configure this project to run on my local , perhaps just by setting environment variable for the accessToken?

You didn't include instructions on this. I am an Angular dev with only a bit of React experience.

Additional information

Trying to investigate making my own dashboard because if you have long multi-env pipelines, the built-in ADO dashboard widgets don't know how to filter per-environment
