I might be ignorant of something but there seems to have been some refactoring of the utils function that has not been updated into the codebase, e.g. from new_utils import SamplingPatchesV2 in https://github.com/timqqt/pytorch-zoom-in-network/blob/main/zoom_in/zoom_in.py or
from utils import MultinomialRegularizer that are in https://github.com/timqqt/pytorch-zoom-in-network/blob/main/zoom_in/regularizer.py

Hi, thank you for your code. Just have a question when I go through your code. I didn't find any preprocess, data augmentation or normalization in the code. I'm wondering how you do data preprocessing.

I am currently interested to participate in a kaggle competition (https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/mayo-clinic-strip-ai) which try to classify the blood clot origins in ischemic stroke.

During my research, I found your article and just wanted to use your code and see what it does.
However, I do not see any license in your project. Thus, I do not know if this project is open source or not.
Additionally, I do not know if it is possible to contribute to this project? I am thinking of reorganizing the code to use it easily as an import, and not dealing with the script. This could be interesting, to have a modular project for future use case.
