Enable usage of configfile through mount

Utilize the config mount; enable the user to supply a config file instead of having to manually supply config parameters.

  • Enable a config mount
  • Add a check for config file from /config before dockerize or somekind of merge (needs to be investigated)
  • Update README on usage (basic + this new config)
