I don't have any knowledge and time how to set up / moderate a Discord server though :(

You could create a server and set up moderation and I'd link it in the README

we could also add an AI helper bot maybe, I've seen it on other discords

and captcha bot to prevent spam

+1 for Gitter. Until now, I still don't know who actually uses Tinyhttp on production. We can acquire lot of feedbacks from there.
