Utilities to analyze land motion.

◕ warning: this is a work in progress ◕

status:

  • uploading matlab scripts and data from 2018 and 2021 papers
  • commenting, cleaning, and renaming these scripts

next:

  • refactor scripts into Python functions
  • build notebooks with example workflow
  • build more robust interpolation method
  • generalize workflow to any area of interest

Contents

./matlab

  • coastsurf.m - generates interpolated surface & bootstrapped uncertainty from vertical land motion (VLM) data
  • other files are VLM data or data for plotting coastlines/tectonics
