Student dashboard

This effort is building a Learning analytics student dashboard. The repo is very early stages of development, will update readme as it goes. Primarily based of Flask as backend frameworks, for now angular1 for client side framework coupled with D3 for visualizations

1. setup the virtual environment specific to the project and run the required installs from the requirments.txt
2. Run bower install to get dependencies
3. set environmental variable export FLASK_DEBUG=1 will reload itself on code changes
4. start the server with flask run url http://127.0.0.1:5000/, More info
