SBCL throws errors for proto hash db.

On SBCL, you can get errors if you use a proto hash db, i.e. using a path such as "-". These are caused by floating point traps that SBCL enables by default.

For now it can be fixed by using

(sb-int:set-floating-point-modes :trap nil)
or wrapping any kyoto cabinet code in

(sb-int:with-float-traps-masked (:overflow :invalid)
   ...)

I'm not sure what a long term solution is for this. I am open to suggestions.
