More joke genres needed

This plugin needs more joke genres.

Please try to keep them office appropriate!

The current pool of jokes pull from APIs, but your's could come from another source.

Make me (and the users of this plugin) laugh!

Real Pester tests

My rushed Pester tests are no good and they need to be expanded to actual test the various public and private functions in this plugin.

JokeAPI will be deprecated

Hi, I just found your repo through a Google search and saw that you still use the old version (v1.1) of my API, JokeAPI. It will be deprecated by the end of June 2020 and you should migrate to the new version (v2.1), which you can find here.
PS: would you be okay with me adding this repo to the list of dependents in the readme of JokeAPI and on the documentation page?
