We're moving away from the is_mobile booleans. We can't precisely describe what a mobile device is.

I don't use the device parser. Shall I remove the is_mobile logic from java?

I'd be in favor of this. In JS, the Device parser now only has one prop: family. Trying to define what is a mobile phone, a tablet is a nightmare (e.g. iPad with 3G vs iPod).
