@elsigh Yes, I already have a PyPI account so I'd be more than happy to do so. But that would make me the package owner on PyPI, instead of one this library's maintainers. Is that ok?

@elsigh alright, I'll wait for a new stable version to be tagged before putting this up on PyPI, as 0.2.4 has faulty regexes.yaml Python import path that we fixed just yesterday.
