基于tauri+vue的v2ray gui客户端

v2rayTA是基于tauri制作的v2ray gui客户端
目前支持：socks、shadowsocks、vmess
本地代理端口:
目前只支持windows，其他系统等功能都开发差不多了在进行适配吧。

我 tauri dev 启动了这个项目，运行以后，windows11的网络和internet中的代理的设置并没有跟着修改，也没有被开启，需要手动开启，我没有测试windows10等别的系统，你看看这是bug吗，还是我的问题。手动开启这个代理同时手动设置了端口，才能连上服务器，大佬，有时间帮忙看看，为什么开启v2ray的时候代理没有被修改
