Generating two files without closing the randomizer first makes the second file unplayale.
Self-explanatory. Provided is an example of this in effect - this is the second file generated after choosing a bunch of options.

Chill Penguin jumps above ceiling
While fighting Chill Penguin in a modified Launch Octopus boss room with a platform in the middle, he jumped to grab the handle to do the wind attack from the middle platform, but because he was higher than intended and the room has a ceiling as normal, he jumped above the ceiling and got stuck there. I couldn't hit him with any charged weapons, so this caused a softlock.
Release the actual source code.
Github is meant to host source code, not applications. I have not seen any actual code that one can review and make pull requests for.
Please release the source to this randomizer.

Will there eventually be a non-randomized version of this?
A non-randomized version of the program which can change the values of the game according to what you specifically wants it to be, like being able to specifically select how much max health you have with a value you inputted, how fast you want your dash to be, ect.
I know this kinda defeats the whole purpose of a randomizer, but I do love the idea of an app that can tweak the gameplay of video games to however you want.
I'm not asking for you to implement this idea immediately, but I am wondering if there will plans for this?
You do not have to defeat both mavericks in Double Vision.
Defeating one maverick removes X's collision mapping, and ends the stage. I got pushed into the wall during Chill Penguin's fight, and I'm not sure how getting pushed off the side of the screen instead of teleporting off the top affects things, but I wouldn't actually worry about that.
Settings Presets
Just an easy way to save your current settings for future use would be fantastic. I understand that as new features and fixes get added it could get a bit wonky, but I hope you'll at least consider adding this.
2 issues and a bug.
I got a seed that gave me a very small jump(due to strong gravity), and I couldn't make a jump toward the end of the introductory stage. I even tried clinging to the edge and jumping across from there, but that didn't work either. As a result, I couldn't beat the introductory stage. It might be a good idea to let people escape the introductory stage just in case this happens, but it would still be a problem for climbing up the fortress in Sigma stage 1.
The next problem occurs if you get a boss room with a platform jutting out from the middle of the ground. If you beat the boss while standing to the left or right of it, Mega Man can't get to the center of the room. He'll run against the center piece endlessly, causing a soft lock. Perhaps you can make it so that Mega Man clips through it? It would look goofy, but it would solve the problem without you having to do away with that room type.
There are rare occasions where at some point, when a boss is about dead, the game will bug out making both Mega Man and the boss invincible. This happened to me while fighting the robot guarding the capsule in Sting Chameleon's stage, and I've seen a YouTube video where it happened to a guy while fighting Sigma's first form(AKA Jedi Sigma).
Chill Penguin and other objects being able to be harmed when "invincible"

Yesterday, during a race with a seed generated with the MMX-Randomizer, for some reason I was able to harm Chill Penguin when he was sliding. At first I was overjoyed being able to harm him that way, but then the joy became frustration, because Chill Penguin cannot die when he's sliding, and if the health bar gets depleted, Chill Penguin's hitboxes disappear, and he cannot attack properly anymore, so he can't hurt you and neither do you, forcing to either leaving the level or resetting. I was, for some reason, able to softlock the fight three times in a row, because the fight didn't end in a proper way. So, what I'm asking regarding the situation is: Can you make the intended invulnerable enemies being rightly invulnerable? Like the laser launchers in Boomer Kuwanger, or the slide state from Chill Penguin, because this can lead to undesirable situations like that one.
Please let me know what you need to know for this matter.
